个人简介:

2019博士毕业于中国科学院大学,主要从事高Al组分AlGaN半导体材料MOCVD生长研究AlGaN基紫外发光器件制备及在污染物分解、杀菌消毒、日盲通信等领域的应用研究等。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、河北省自然科学基金项目1项、天津市重点实验室开放课题1项,参与其他国家级及省部级项目5项,领域内发表论文10余篇,申请和授权发明专利多项。
